SKY ENERGY® Wind-e® Energy is generated from large fully operational wind turbines connected to power transmission lines and the utility grid. It is available Nationwide from SKY ENERGY, INC. through an energy credit or certificate, which represents the amount of wind energy that is generated on the power grid and transferred to you, the customer, through purchase agreements and/or monthly statements. It is billed separately through our billing system as a renewable energy service or plan. For every unit of renewable electricity generated from wind turbines, an equal amount of renewable energy credits and their certificates is produced. The purchase of renewable energy through Renewable Energy certificates supports renewable electricity generation, which also helps offset conventional electricity generation in the region where the renewable generator is located.

When available, this product is offered in three quantities of kilowatt-hours per year (6,000 kWh/yr, 8,000 kWh/yr, and 10,000 kWh/yr) to Residential customers and is sold in monthly increment amounts.
